Manager / General Manager – Quality assurance

Location:Bengaluru Area, India Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharmacy / M.Sc., 2 - 10 years of Experience in BA BE centre (CRO)/ pharma is preferred.

Job Description:

  1. 1. To oversee that the quality system is established and effectively implemented as per the requirements of DCGI, NPRA, ANVISA, ISO 15189: 2012 and NABL, head the QA Department.
  2. 2. Regulatory Audit clearance like DCGI / other regulatory authority and collecting, updating and communicating with various local and international regulations and guidelines, important information among various departments
  3. 3. Reviewing all the study related documents for Ethic Committee Submission as well as Study Reports / Study Dossier of all the trial before submitting to the sponsor for each trial independently.
  4. 4.Tracking and archival of SOPs, their distribution, monitoring and control.
  5. 5. Performing Quality Control review of documents, case report forms, protocols, informed consents, policies, procedures and reports of undertaken clinical studies.
  6. 6. Evaluating and taking corrective actions on deficit areas on the basis of feedback.
  7. 7. Performing Internal Audit on site-specific files, master files and various others as per the local and international guidelines and regulatory requirements.
  8. 8. Participating, developing and implementing a comprehensive and standardized Quality Management Plan for the organization.
  9. 9. Reviewing all the study related documents for Ethic Committee Submission as well as Study Reports / Study Dossier of all the trial before submitting to the sponsor for each trial independently.

Sr. Analyst in Bioanalytical Department

Location:Bengaluru Area, India Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharmacy / M.Sc. in organic chemistry / analytical chemistry 3 - 8 years of Experience in BA BE centre (CRO)/ pharma is preferred.

Job Description:

  1. 1. Oversee all day to day operations of Bioanalytical department and able lead the team of 5 members.
  2. 2. Sound understanding & well versed with current regulations on all aspects of bioanalysis
  3. 3. Ensure effective compliance to SOPs / Regulations and maintain GLP environment within laboratory
  4. 4. Bio-analytical method development and validation of drugs/metabolites in all types of biological matrices on LC-MS/MS
  5. 5. Monitor periodic calibration of LC-MS/MS and other supporting equipment as per the Master Calibration Plan
  6. 6. Troubleshooting and maintenance of LC-MS/MS, ICP MS and other supporting equipment.
  7. 7. Ensure revision of SOPs and Calibration of instruments within the timelines Provide inputs for protocol preparation

Manager / General Manager – Business Development

Location:Bengaluru Area, India Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharmacy / M.Sc., 4 - 10 years of Experience in CRO (BA BE centre Clinical Trials/ pharma is preferred.

Job Description:

Responsible Promoting ICBio's clinical research services, Bioavailability/Bio-equivalence studies, Clinical trials and Dermatology trials to pharmaceutical companies.

  1. 1) To identify potential clients for targeted business development activities, Generating leads through different sources such as internet, trade exhibition, and professional network websites. Identifying and prioritizing warm prospective clients from a pool of generated leads from various sources.
  2. 2) Understanding the needs of clients, conduct client meetings and follow up with potential clients to customized their business proposals.
  3. 3) Establish and maintain client relationships; work closely with Management and team members to define business development and marketing strategy.
  4. 4) Negotiations with clients regarding business processes, Proposals, Confidentiality agreement and Master Service Agreement and arrange for execution from the client.
  5. 5) Representing ICBio CRO in international and national conferences and demonstrating its services to prospective clients in person. Meeting clients individually at their offices to stay updated on upcoming pipelines requirements.
  6. 6) Prepare and review Request for proposals (RFP), optimized and accurate budget grids to support the proposal for BA/BE study, Patient Base Study, Phase-II -III and early phase Clinical trial for existing and new client.
  7. 7) Responsible for payment collection and follow ups with clients as per the agreed milestones, and maintain the accounts for the same on project to project basis.
  8. 8) Effective execution of all the marketing activities planned in co-ordination with the team.
  9. 9) Research industry trends and competitive intelligence through internet and update the Business and management teams through newsletters and daily mailers.

HR – Business Partner

Location:Bengaluru Area, India Qualification: MBA in HR or Marketing, 1 - 4 years of Experience as business partner is preferred.
